Tech Tutor 6 Seminar

On the 23rd day of September 2014, Saint Francis of Assisi College joined a TECH TUTOR 6 seminar with the theme, “A class without walls,” held at SM Megatrade Hall 2 in Mandaluyong City. There were 28 participants from 1st to 2nd year Computer-Science, 14 participants from 1st to 5th year Engineering, and 22 participants from 2nd year Education. They were accompanied by their respective professors: Mrs. Marita Pacetes, Mr. Dominador Zaragoza, Ms. Lea De Vivar and Mr. Marlow Pullon.


STRATMARK 2014: Turn Around Marketing

stratmark_smLast July 25, 2014 was a typical day for others but not for the 3rd and 4th year Business Administration students and their adviser Ms. Josephine N. Biadora. They gathered early at Christ Commission Fellowship Center in Frontera Verde, Pasig City, to witness and be a part of the most awaited national conference for students, the “STRATMARK 2014” with this year’s theme, “Turnaround Marketing”.


SFAC Basketball HS Team squeeze Out Double Victories

The PRISAA Provincial and Regional Meets saw them grab the coveted title. This recognition now makes them the official representative to the PRISAA National Meet at Tagom, Davao City, come April 2014. Defying all odds, they will relentlessly play with the same passion and ardor as when they won the SLCUAA championship. Surely, they will again make every effort to dig up another championship title.


SFAC Volleyball Girls' Luminous Performance Bagged PRISAA's Regional Meet Championship

prisaa-volleyball_smChronicled to win the championship, the SFAC Volleyball Girls will use all their razor- sharp talents and spiky maneuvers to do just that. Team SFAC volley belles will unflinchingly demonstrate their eminence as the PRISAA Regional Representatives come April 2014 at Tagum, Davao City.

Let us spur on the team of Janine Danao, Martela Putong, Gladiz Crisostomo, Antonette Togonon and Carol Galeno.


Franciscans Shine in National Sumobot Tilt

sumo_bot_pic1_smSophomores John Meynard C. Chan and Adrian Cid M. De Guzman of SFAC Main Campus capped 2nd runners-up honors at the National Sumobot Competition (NSC) 2013 at Don Bosco Technical Institute last November 23, 2013.

The pair bested more than 60 other teams from 48 schools in the annual competition for young science wizards.  Another Grade 8 pair from the Main Campus, Patricia Jill O. Cabison and Shekinah Mae A. Honrubia, were among the top 8 finalists in their division.
