The HOUSEKEEPING NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to prepare guest rooms, clean public areas and equipment, provide housekeeping services, provide valet services, handle intoxicated guest, and laundry linen and guest clothes to a range of accommodation services.
The BARTENDING NC ll Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to operate a bar, prepare and mix cocktails and non-alcoholic concoctions and provide basic wine service to guests in all food and beverage service providers except for “Specialty Coffee Shops”.
The CAREGIVING NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to provide care and support to infants/toddlers, provide care and support to children, foster social, intellectual, creative and emotional development of children, foster the physical development of children, provide care and support to elderly, provide care and support to people with special needs, maintain healthy and safe environment, respond to emergency, clean living room, dining room, bedrooms, toilet and bathroom, wash and iron clothes, linen, fabric, prepare hot and cold meals.
The MASSAGE THERAPY NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to work develop massage practice, perform client consultation, perform body massage and maintain and organize tools, equipment, supplies and work area.
This HILOT (WELLNESS MASSAGE) NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to plan the hilot wellness program of client/s, provide pre-service to client/s, apply hilot wellness massage techniques and provide post-advice on post-services to clients.
The BEAUTY CARE NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to perform pre and post beauty care services, perform manicure and pedicure, perform hand spa, perform body massage, perform body scrub, perform facial treatment, perform foot spa and apply facial make-up.
The HAIRDRESSING NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to perform basic hair care services such as hair coloring, bleaching, haircutting, straightening and perming and basic facial make-up application.
