Training to Succeed Beyond Academics

The Grade 12 – Lucio Tan students of SFAC LP, on December 16, have undergone an Enhancement Preparation for their upcoming  National Assessment in Bread and Pastry Production NCII on January of 2020.

The 47 candidates for assessment need to succeed in making Soft Roll, Swiss Roll and Buttercream Frosting. Candidates for assessment are under the tutelage of our very own Certified Assessor for Bread and Pastry Production NCII, Sir Harlan G. Tadili.
